We had the most perfect experience at Spinelli Nissan in Pointe Claire. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome. The entire sales team is friendly and excellent. In particular our Saleman, Xavier Castro was exceptional in his sales approach, follow-up and and most recently in his after sales continuous attention which has been above and beyond. He worked very hard to zero in on my needs and made things happen for me beyond my expectations. In addition, the support staff that we dealt with (Andre and Caroline) were a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless. The service department is attentive and helpful as well. In the end, I was lucky enough to get an amazing car that fulfilled all my wishes...thanks to everyone at Spinelli Nissan I will be happy to buy all my cars there in the future.
